Managing agents offer the best service to properties they're close to. Controversial but true.
This isn’t to say it’s impossible to manage property further away, it’s just better to be closer - as its easier (and more cost effective) to carry out regular inspections, meet residents and contractors, and generally attend to the site.
With this in mind we offer an enhanced local service from our Shoreditch office to developments, blocks and sites in: E1, E10, E13, E14, E15, E16, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, N15, N16, N19, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, NW1, NW3, NW5, NW6, & NW8
Some features of this service are:
On site in two hours
We’ll have a property manager on site within 2hrs of request (within business hours), traffic permitting
Weekly inspection
We’ll carry out a weekly inspection (and post the results on your dedicated bock website)
Monthly surgery
We’ll hold a monthly surgery on site, where all residents will be given an open invitation to discuss any maintenance issues with us in person
Director on site in 24hrs
If all else fails, at reasonable request, one of our directors will be on site within 24hrs
We’re so confident you’ll be impressed with our local service that it’s guaranteed. If you’re not totally happy with the way we’re looking after you or your building, we’ll rescind the notice period in our Terms of Business, arrange for all materials to be handed over to yourself or your new manager within two weeks, and return your last quarter’s management fee. You really can't say fairer than this.
